Google is hard at work with the development and designing of their future Nexus device, but nothing specific has slipped for the time being on how exactly the device will look like.
Of course, we already learned some details on the hardware specifications of this device, and even heard that it might actually be nothing more than a larger Nexus S, yet we have nothing solid on its outer design.
Only a concept phone for the time being, but a highly appealing one, we might add, the next-generation Nexus phone from Google might actually look like the handset in the photos to the left.
Featuring an innovative interface based on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system flavor, the handset will appeal to users both when it comes to its looks, as well as when its performance capabilities are involved.
The concept device that can be seen in the images attached to this article comes from Ciccarese Design (via), yet it might become the new Google phone some day.
On the front, one can clearly see the slightly curved touchscreen display, similar to the one present on Nexus S, along with the touch buttons usually found on Android phones, and what could very well be the homescreen of Ice Cream Sandwich.
Undoubtedly, this concept device easily makes us dream of a Nexus handset that would live up to all expectations that previously leaked details on the Nexus Prime created.
Just imagine it with a powerful 1.5GHz application processor inside, 1GB of RAM, 16GB or more of internal memory, an 8MP camera on the back, front camera for video calling, NFC, and other high-end features as well, and you'll see what we are talking about.
The future Google Nexus phone should prove appealing in every aspect, just as the Nexus 3 concept device does. Hopefully, Google and its hardware partner that will release the phone will pack at least some of these goodies with it, if not all of them, and will make it at least resemble the Nexus 3 concept phone.
