The only way To Unlock the disabled iPod is to restore it via iTunes which also means you will loose all your data/music on the device. Here is how to go about it :

• Make your device neter the DFU mode as shown below.

• Once your device is in DFU mode launch iTunes and it should be detected as "in recovery mode".

• If you have a .IPSW file ready for your device browse for it using Shift + Click on restore button, if not simply click the restore button and let iTunes download the firmware file.

• iTunes will now wipe the device and you will have a blank device without the passcode.
